The Assembly Conference facilities will meet the highest expectations with your meeting room set-up exactly to your specifications. We will also ensure that all equipment is working and we can hire-in a variety of equipment and/or stands you may require.
From your initial enquiry through to the day of your event, your Assembly Representative will be your one contact. That contact will ensure all details and changes are implemented and understands your requirements. This communication continues during your event with a designated member of staff on hand.

- Given prior notice, we will provide at an extra cost AV or additional equipment you require which is not specified by us in our Conference pack
- We will cater for any special dietary requirements given prior notice
- Message service for delegates

- Free use of outdoor sporting activities within our 100 acres of grounds
- If you are not completely happy when you meet with our representative at the end of your conference we will discount up to 50% of your invoice.
