GENERAL TERMS
Children's Rates: Under 3 years free accommodation and breakfast. Over 3 and under 14 years old and sharing a room with 2 full paying adults will be charged £18.00 inclusive of full English breakfast. Children in their own room (minimum 2) will be charged 50% of the appropriate adult room rate and will include dinner from the childrens menu, if booked on the dinner bed and breakfast rate.
Longer holidays: Contact Sales directly for special offer rates
Bay View Room Supplement from £10.00 per room per night.
Loft Suite supplements £25 per room per night.
A limited number of well behaved dogs are welcome in the hotel, in certain rooms and a selected lodge, from £5 per night per dog.
Full payment will be charged to your credit card in order to secure the booking. However only 30% will be considered as a non-refundable deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
Cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival -loss of deposit
Cancellation within 2 weeks -full payment is required.
Please note that provisional reservations made by telephoning the Hotel, not confirmed within 24 hours of the original booking date are automatically released. Raven Hall reserves the right to cancel all accommodation (giving such notice as possible to the Guest) no matter how it is booked without recourse or liability to the Guest for any loss,damages or changes caused by circumstances outside its control including without limitation those that were insured and unforseeable, and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised. Full details of our terms can be found on the printed tariff.
We reserve the right to amend the tariff without prior notification. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate and are subject to Government changes.
All accommodation reservations must be confirmed at the time of booking by a valid credit card,or pre-payment of 30% non- refundable deposit, to secure the room .
By issuing the credit card to Methodist Holiday Hotels Ltd trading as Raven Hall Hotel the booker is giving Raven Hall the permission to take payments from the card if a reservation is cancelled or if an account is left unpaid.

We ask that guests vacate their rooms or Lodges by 10.30am on the day of departure, check in is at 3.00pm

Our data collection and processing policies are in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and as such, data collected from you will comply with those regulations, inclduing but not limited to the following:
1. You have the right to ask for your date to be given to you either as a printout or in electronic form as an exel spreadsheet or in PDF or CSV format.
2. You have the right to ask for inaccuracies in your data to be corrected.
3. You have the right to ask for your data to be erased.
LODGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Lodge rates are on a room only basis per lodge, breakfast and other meals can be booked directly with the Hotel. The Studio Lodge which has disabled facilities also accommodates well behaved dogs which are charged at a supplement per night from £5.
The eight finnish log lodges include a unique range of features for a relaxing guest experience including a wood burning stove, patio and balconies with panoramic, stunning views across the Bay and to the North Yorks Moors fittings, their own kitchenette suitable for light meals, wireless Internet access and dedicated private parking.
In addition to the sustainable material used in construction, operational aspects of the lodges include water-recycling systems, recycled energy boosting. All lodges include free 'wi-fi' Internet connection, individual DVD players and TVs, safe for your valuables.
There are full housekeeping services daily, as in the main hotel and Guests have full use of all Hotel and Leisure facilities, including the Panorama Restaurant and Bar.
